m50 help !!!!

i found i 95 325i engine and tranny for 1650.00 is this a good deal? do i need the driveshaft or not ??? they have 95k on them and have been tested? i want to go by and look at it on tue jan 13 . what questions do i have to ask and what else do i need to get from it ?oh yeah it a manual trany. thank for all your help

I think it's a reasonable price, not the greatest deal but not overpriced either. No wiring or DME?

There was a guy on bimmerfourms who emailed me stating that he would do a full M50 swap for 3k......that 3k would provide the engine/tranny ecu, radiator and all the other parts needed for the swap.....the only catch was he wanted the m20 which is good and bad in both ways.....he was in NC and would take 2 weeks to do the full swap....with a 30 day warranty....I'll try to get his email adress again.....

ok i went to look at the engine and it was i good shape no oil leaks or anything i could find. just waiting for the extra cost for the ecu. im going back and taking some pictures, but what should i ask for when it comes to ecu?
