    E34 Injector question

I searched all over the web for this info and came up clueless. What are the stock E34 535i injectors? And what would be a good upgrade for that particular car? The same design III 4 pintle 19lbs injectors i ordered for my E30? Will they pop right in as well, or do I need another type?

ok the E34 535i uses 19lb injectors stock, There are 2 different brands used, Bosch and Lucas, The bosch units are a lot better. So a good upgrade would be some 24lb mustang injectors, or maybe not something that large.

perhaps 22 lbs? I plan on MarkDing the ol' 5er. Not that the chip will provide that much HP to the point that I would need new injectors, I think, but I need to replace em anyways, so why not go a lil bigger. I just want to know what a reasonable size would me.

Also, where did you find that stock spec info at?

so the 19lbs injectors from the e34 535i would be fine right? on a lightly modded e30 i think 24lbs would be a little overkill wouldn't it??

              19lbs is overkill too.

not thats its topic related but are the windows in your injector clips supposed to go over the lip on the fuel rail? I have the clips attached where they are supposed to go on the injetors and the fuel rail is bolted down securely but I didnt think that it looked right and I dont want an engine fire or anything if I try and start my car.

The slit in the injector clips are suposed to fit in/on the lip on the fuel rail, if they struggle to go on fully then lube the O rings.

Sorry the pictures arn't to good
