    suspension refresh

I am going to begin putting a suspension refresh together. My question is for street use what sub frame bushings should I go for ? Also does anyone have a full kit sub frame trailing arm diff etc?

I went with OEM. Glad I did. My e30 is the loudest car I've ever driven.

You'd be amazed at how much more solid and planted the rear will feel by re-newing those 20 year old chunks of rubber.

is it just better compared to before? or is it better compared to another car.
i'm jw because i don't find the e30 to be a particularly good handling car

Well, it's kinda a matter of personal preference. Noise vs flex. I'd venture to say that a rule of thumb is that when you are ready for coilovers, you'd be ready for full polly.

eh i couldn't really justify putting coilovers on an e30 ever unless it's a track car.

in what way is a stock e30 a good handling car? other than weight it doesn't really have anything. the body roll is scary. the tires are thinner than a pencil. the steering is awful and vague. it's very tail happy but there's not enough power to take advantage of that.

keep in mind i'm describing a stock e30. obviously you can make almost any car handle well with upgrades.

your argument is invalid. i had multiple hairs on my chest before i bought my e30. 5 to be exact. ha!
