help me identify this under-dash connector

Just doing wiring cleanup (since my car is a stripper with all non-needed electricals deleted), and keep trying to figure out this little connector.

It has a BRN/GRN and RED/GRN wire going up into the firewall to the fuse box, and a BRN/GRN that goes to the ignition switch. I don't recall it ever being plugged into anything, but want to make sure before I "delete" it.

Can't find any such connector in my Bentley. Anyone know offhand what it is?

btw, it is located under the left side of the dash, and car is an '85 318i.

thinking it's the door or seatbelt chime connector, except I can't check since I don't have the module or the under-dash trim piece. Anyone mind looking at the door chime connector under the dash and see if that's it?

don't think it reaches far enough to be side mirror. Doesn't even reach to the door, clearly supposed to plug into something under dash or in that area.

Chime has more wires than that... on the later cars, anyway, look at the ETM.
