Need a PN for wiper arm rubber grommet

Can't find the PN on realoem for the wiper arm rubber grommet on the cowl panel where the threaded/splined shaft come out. Any help? Thanks!

guess who's replacing their entire wiper linkage/transmission with a brand new one.. I guess 21 years in the PNW wears them out faster. :|

The damper ring is correct. Be sure to remove the ring (#13) before you try to get the old damper out and replace it after you get the new damper ring in. The old one will probably crumble.

Both crumbled...even for a Cali car, but it is a 24 yo car already...
