    Upgrade questions.

Hey all, just got a 1985 318i. I'm wondering if the 1.8L M10 can take a turbo all stock? Also how would i go about recessing the bumpers? Oh and does anyone have an '85 or older parts car? I need the ignition modular wireing plug.

and I dunno what you really mean by "recessing the bumpers" but if it's a fancy word for "bumper tuck" >.< .. then here's 1 write-up http://www.r3vlimited.com/Tech/tuck.htm

This is about four different questions, none of which belong here in this section. Tubrowise, check the FI section, bumpers should be in the DIY section and make a thread in the WTB section for a parts car.

Don't listen to these guys. BMW's Formula One Team used the M10 and made over 1,300 HP on stock internals.

                      uh huh.

maybe the block was factory, but nothing else about those motors were the same as the street version.
