Water in rear right footwell area?

Hi guys, so i noticed my carpet was soaked with water in the rear right area, lifted the carpet dryed everything and proceeded to do the checkings, i poured water on the sunroof and nothing, then poured on the rear right glass area and bam!
This is from inside rear quarter panel under the right speaker area, water is making its way in from that area and if the car is parked looking down water is making its way in following the battery positive and into the footwell.
If car is parked looking up the water stays in the trunk.

See the water drop in the rear hole

I removed the rear piece of the shadowline and exposed the 4 holes it snaps into and threw water again and now water got in at larger amounts and quicker so this makes me believe that those holes are the origin of the leak, if it was the weather stripping water couldnt make it into the footwell.
Anyone with similiar simptoms can chime in and confirm my suspects?
    Thanks

Its been 3 days since i dont use te car, and it has been raining since, today i woke up and encountered again the same area in the carpet soaked with water!!
1- there is rtv and some rubber bumper tabs in place of the windsail grommets plus tape over them.. I did the test with a hose coulpe of times and water didnt leak from there anymore.
2- car is parked looking slightly up
3- this is driving me crazy, any suggestions from where the water might be getting in? Ill have to strip the interior to properly diagnose this time i guess.. Aghhhh!!

Get the trim seals anyway when you put it back together, they're dirt cheap and will last another 15 to 20 years. Check that your side window and back windows are sealing properly, especially if the rubber stripping looks aged. Pop-out windows have been known to leak even when seals look ok.

I dont have popout windows! I did read in another thread and there is a whole bunch of people with the same leak! Someone did a strong diagnosis for a while and turned out to be the rockers drains were smashed shut thus water acumulated in the rockers and then spilled over the floors from beneath the carpet. This is exactly how mine is leaking, this started like a month ago id say, and a month ago approx is when i plastidipped my rockers which leads me into thinking that paint got into the drains which are like haircracks small, and shut them close. Ill have to inspect this as well and hopefuly is only that, or might it be a coincidence?

                  Following up!
Windsail grommets are not leaking anymore because its been raining down here and the trunk is clear and dry, BUT the footwell soaked again, it was parked facing slightly up!!! This was like 4-5 days ago, since ive relocated the car to a flat surface raised the carpet dried everything and left if parked outside since, today i went to check on it after 5 days of leaving it, the floor was dry. This is getting annoying but kinda confirming the theory of the rocker drains clogged(when parked looking up water will gather in the rear of rocker and fillup then spill over the floor?). I really feel vague and dont want to remove my interiors to check from were exactly its leaking.
My question is where the heck are these drains located as it seems i cant find them.

See if either of my threads can help you figure out where your water is coming in from.

And if you want to stop the leaking you have to be able to see what is going on under the carpet.

Thanks for the tips, but i really need to know where are the rocker drains located.
My front end is completely dry, water is getting in from rear area or sure because ive seen water spilling from the corner where the foam is located beneath the carpet corners. Under the rear seat.

No luck still! Today i removed the rear seat and quarter panel card and everything there looks fine! No signs of water in the rocker area. Sprayed with a hose the entire side and it passed the test. This is getting frustrating to a point that im not motivated to even look at the car!
