OK MY cig lighter decides to work when ever it wants. The fuse is fine and sometimes it just stops working. I replaced the little medal holer thing that holds the cig lighter. Still the same problem. IM mad as hell right now can anyone help me out!???

its a wiring problem for sheezy. check the bentley for a wiring diagram of the power door locks and the cig lighter and look for common junctions that might be having problems.: : 1984 318i : : PNW E30 Crew : : Sold!!

Is your AFM plugged in?
j/k Loose ground? I'd trace the wires and see what can be found. You can also try rerouting the ground wire.
