Screaching from engine bay

Ok guys I found my problem at idle the fan doesn't hit anything but I guess when moving the fan was hitting the one collant hose well yesterday it chopped a hole in the hose

Yeah looks like there should have been a bracket of some sort that holds the hose back from the fan but isn't there now so I'm going to gonna use a good ol zip tie:p

yea w.e keeps it from happening again..did the noise ever go away
