i was at autozone with some friends picking up some brake pads for one of their cars, when i went by the counter and they had a little display with various car parts. one of them was an MAF, so i asked the guy behind the counter if he could search for an MAF for my car (m10 318i). they have 3.

the fact that the bosch unit was listed as an MAF makes me a bit suspicious that they fucked up their terms, but im hoping the non-bosch ones might be a nice and simple bolt-on MAF. does anyone know anything about these? google couldnt tell me much about anything but the bosch unit.
