How to bypass underloader relay to roll windows up after pulling the motor out?

So i left the windows down before i began to pull the m20 out, now i cant seem to figure out a way to roll them back up.
Since fuse 17 and 19 (power windows) are tied into the underloader relay, i don't have any power at the fuse.
Is there a way to simulate the relay or ground a certain pin on the c101 to allow for the windows to work?
Or is there a way to jumper the wires going to the window motor from the cigarette lighter to enable them to go up?

Sure, you can just give the motors power and ground if you want. Check the electrical diagram for the pin out of the window plug.

Already tried that, put the test light into pin 15 to the strut mount ground, and nothing:(

Its not a power line, its a ground. A test light isnt going to work.

Unplug the window motor and run 12V straight to the harness in each door.

I have found two ways to do it

The first is to plug your engine harness back in if you took it out, and find the wires that go to the starter. You will need the one for the unloader. You migh have to look at a wiring diagram to see which one it is. Then take a length of wire with a spade connector on it, or test lead or something, stick one in in the unloader wire connecotr and ground the other end. Plug in your battery and windows will work.

Second way is to pull your center console out, get a jumper wire handy, and pull the wires off of the cigarette lighter, and the plug off of the window circuit breaker. Using the jumper wire, send 12v to the side of the breaker connector that goes to the windows. All windows can be moved up or down.

seriously. jump pin 15 to ground. that's what the unloader relay is - it grounds the circuit for the windows and fan.
