Electrical Experts, I need your help! MAJOR gremlins

So back in May, my right sealed-beam went out, so I replaced it.
On my way back to SD from Norcal, my fuse #23 popped. I tried replacing it, but it kept popping. So I gave up and drove to SD with my right parking light, instrument cluster/dash, license plate lights, and front corner out.

Then short after my right low beam (on a different circuit) stopped working.

A little while later, I replaced my fuse for the hell of it, and it came back to life. No problems. This lasted for over a month with no issues.

Then the fuse started popping again. Also now, my right fog light (also a different circuit, stopped working.

Fast forward a week or so, and I'm at r3v member kronus' shop. About to head home, we realize that now both of my low beams don't work..and only my left fog works. However, when I flicked to my high-beam function, then suddenly the low beams started working as well..... wut?

So Dmitriy (kronus) quickly hopped a fuse and now my low beams (only) work on the high-beam function.

Anyone know what the hell is going on? Because I'm stuck. I'm looking to download the electrical wiring booklet and start tackling this over the weekend. And a bunch of 7.5 amp fuses cause I'm out of those :(

ALL of this literally started happening after me replacing the right low beam that one day back in May...

Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

I had similar issues, turned out my front turn signal socket/connector was rotted out. I say check all external lighting connections for corrosion or damage. Good place to start.

your low beams have two filaments - one is on when your light switch is pulled out, the other is on when your high beams are on. I just pulled out the high beam connectors so that you can ride with functioning lights in high-beam mode.

Will be examining them tomorrow bright and early.
My guess it's mostly likely on the passenger side front.

Got the passenger side fog working, that was an oops on my behalf of the connector not being fully plugged. Also replaced a fuse and the parking lights/etc are working atm. But are guaranteed to 'mysteriously go out again' very soon.

low beams still not coming on.

So I've been driving around for the last day at dusk on the low-beam function, in order to use my HID fogs.

This all with my fuse 23 holding up and NOT blowing for the last 2 days.

Just now, pulling up behind another car, I notice that my low beams have suddenly decided to work

I quickly go home, park, flick to high beams and back to low beams and BAM they're not working again..lol.

Also on the ride home only minutes ago, my ABS warning light came on :(

ON the K4 relay, on pin 85, in the socket. There should be a switched 12 volt signal from the head light switch.

If that signal does not come on, the lights will never turn on. However, the turn signal stock can still "trigger" headlights.

Therefore a more probable culprit could be the head light switch on the dash, which is well known to fail over time. The wire color is grey/green, you might be able to pull it out and check that wire for switching at the dash.

This can be considered the main trigger to turn on the head lights, without it, they wont turn on, unless you flash high beam.
