    Can't find ABS relay

    Hey Everyone

I'm trying to find my relay do I can solder a new fuse on to it but I can't find it under the dash ! It's a 88 325IS so it should be under there , I've checked the fuse box in the engine Bay Area and it is the older style. Is there anyway of tracking it down and where it could be ? I really want to get my abs working again so if any has ideas please help !

Your picture shows the right side of the car where the DME lives. But the ABS module and relay live on the left side.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Far left side, kind of under where the light switch is.

FAQ / DIY right on this site ;)

        What he said..

I just did this last night and it just above the ABS brain on the driver's side. Once you remove the panel on the driver's side you should see the ABS brain right there.

And once you've found that one, there's another one under the plastic cover of the abs motor
          itself...

I believe all 88's do. I think it was somewhere in mid '89 where they went to the internal "fuse/relay" type setup inside the ABS box.
