Wipers come on when accelerating or braking hard

Funky problem on my e24. I pulled the fuse out for now but its probably time to fix it. I changed the wiper relay but didnt make a difference. There isnt a wiring diagram for the wipers either? Any ideas?

My old e30 did it. The stalk was just worn/loose enough that the amazing g-force from the all mighty m20 would make them come on.

This is what I was leaning towards, good to know it can actually be the problem. Thanks!

I have a non-obc turn signal stalk if you need it. PM an offer

Edit: I'm stupid. I meant to say I have a wiper stalk.

Changed my stalk and it's still doing it, what else could it be?
