    QUICK question.....19lbs install

so i'm going to install my injectors today, and i read that you should swap FPR with a 2.5bar to ease it in. Do i really need to do that or can i juse use the stock 3.0bar? thanks

Go to the FAQ section they have a write up in there.

You can just use the stock 3.0 bar, but it'll be a little richer that it should be, and your oxygen sensor will have a hellava time trying to adjust in closed-loop mode. But the car will run.

BUT.... why not just find a 2.5 bar from a junkyard and use that for a bit? It won't cost you much...

well when i initially posted the topic i was going to do it, now that i've done it i think i will do that. tahnks. the car ran great at first but then it started to stutter, then cleaned up right after that. i did noticed some power, i fish tailed in second and i've never been able to do that before. thanks

not neccesary. driving the hell out of it is all that's really needed.

I just swapped, injectors only. Its not worth it unless you're doing the AFM swap or buying a mark d chip made for these injectors. I just did it because i didn't feel like swapping them the same day i get the chip. No power difference, maybe even a loss because of the amount of fuel going through the car. And its definatly running rich.

I was unaware that you're supposed to goto a 2.5 bar FPR if you upgrade to the 19lb injectors. It would also explain why I run very rich when I hit the upper RPMs.

So switching from my stock 3.0 bar to a 2.5 bar FPR will fix some of running rich problems?
