    Fuel Cell

Does anyone have this? Since you often find rust inside the factory fuel tank this should be a good replacement.

BUT, is there an alternative so you could retain the use of your trunk? The design is very safe, with the internal bladder.

$400? why bother? A new factory tank probaly costs the same amount, and a good used tank would be far cheaper. not to mention all the custom installation headaches...

Cool idea for a race car but not needed in a daily. And like nando said, you could probably find a stock tank for around the same price and you get to keep your spair.

I was looking at a cell on ebay a 17x17x9 which is a 10g would cost about 190new or 80-130used can fit in the spare tire well. i was personally thiniking of going with one because my tank is crushed from previous owners. would be pretty much the same $$ and cooler then the stock one from a yard

Yea...good idea for a track car - but I think a spare tire is nice with a daily. ;)

except with a fuel cell and i dont know about other companies but i swear by ATL and putting a fuel cell in the trunk puts alot of weight out behind teh rear wheels which will effect handling. So a fuel cell isnt worth it unless you put two small ones where the rear seat would go. and then to be really cool you put dump can spouts in so you can fill the car with 16 gallons of fuel in under 5 seconds
