My central locking system has had some intermittent problems a few years back, but they always seemed to correct themselves. I think the majority of them were the unit overheating and needing to cool down, but I dunno, it's been a while.
So anyway, for the past week or two my driver's side lock has been hard to unlock from double lock. I'd been spraying the lock with WD-40 to try to get it to loosen up, but lastnight I locked the door in double lock and when I turned the key back the system stayed locked up. I can manually get in the driver's side but I have to turn the key and pull the handle to open the passenger's side. Trunk works fine, but it doesn't activate the other locks. Gas filler door is locked.
What I'm wondering is does this sound like my driver door's actuator crapped out on me or does it lean towards being the central unit?
