    Rpms stay at 2500

I think the icv is not getting power. Any other ideas? RPMs stay at 2500 in park. Drop to about 1400 in drive.

I changed the idle control module and it helped. Kinda. Now in park it's at 1800 rpms in gear it's at about 800. Any more ideas fellas?
