S52 cams

I just bought a set of s52 cams and it just seems to me that they are not m3 cams compared to the m50 and m52 cams. Here are the part numbers on the cam that I found

You have to compare the lobes. I just bought some s50 cams as well and had to compare the lobes with my m50 cams.

Well I used a vernier caliper and they seem the same.

Well I just found out how to measure the lobes. So I'll have to check that Monday at work.

If you have some M5x cams handy to compare to, the lobes should seem much less pointy than M50 cams.

Yea I have my stock m50 cams to compare them to. I might go into work tomorrow just to check it out.

I am 99% positive those are m50/52 cams. You can see the shape of the s50 cams in Pinky's build here...

I really hope they aren't. The guy said they were out of a 98 m3.

The m52 journals are smaller than the s52 and m50 ones. I might have s50 cams. I dunno yet

The width of the lobes on the m52 are narrower
