    The middle arrow points to the bracket holding down the battery.
    The top arrow points to some weird bracket that doesn't look factory and seems to be there to keep the cable away from the battery.

    Does this look right to you guys?

    That's exactly right. That "weird bracket" holding the wires is in fact factory (I've bought it from the dealer)
