Convertible Battery Mounting

Finally got the parts. I'm not entirely sure how the space fits in but this is the only spot that seemed to make sense.



The bottom arrow points to the nylon spacer.
The middle arrow points to the bracket holding down the battery.
The top arrow points to some weird bracket that doesn't look factory and seems to be there to keep the cable away from the battery.

Does this look right to you guys?

That's exactly right. That "weird bracket" holding the wires is in fact factory (I've bought it from the dealer)

Any idea of the part number, I can't find it in realoem and the dealer's parts department couldn't find it either.
