My sunroof, windows, mirrors and heater do not have power, is there a relay or some hidden fuse that is the culprit

The heater fan and mirrors are on separate fuses, and the power windows and sunroof are on a third fuse (I think). The power windows and sunroof are further protected by the dash or console mounted circuit breaker.
These particular accessories are switched off by the K5 and K7 unloader relays during engine start.
Given that you are having issues across multiple fuses, my first instinct would be something in the unloader relays circuit or the ignition switch.
How about the other electrical items - radio, turn signals, etc. What's working, what's not?
