    Straight body?

Recently picked up a shell on a steal, and was thinking about building off it. I looked at the dark in the dark, and didn't ask too many questions, just loaded it up and drove away.

I'm now realizing that the passenger front tower/wheel well has been replaced, and potentially the frame rail. The body panels all lined up very close, but the car had already been taken apart to prep for paint, so they may have been in need of an adjustment anyway.

Regardless, does anyone know of a way to check for this chassis being straight? All I can think of is just comparing measurements to my other car.

Maybe do some trigonometry between different points in the chassis and engine bay. make triangles. a²+b²=c². then verify if you get matching numbers.

    or something.

There are tools out there for measuring chassis straightness and measuring those angles, I would see if you can find a place that rents them, or pull a joeyD rental. Hehe
