This is going to sounds dumb but need some help

I'm trying to remove one of the screws holding my elipsoids on my parts car and can't get it off I've used a Phillips head attachment to my ratchet a screw driver an impact drill and tired drilling it out but it broke the bit in side it. Unsure of what to do should I try using jb weld and putting a nut on it ? I don't want to have to cut off the piece holding the elipsoids on and don't know how else to get this screw off all input is appreciated as I need to get it off asap thanks

Spray some PB Blaster on the screw and let it sit a bit....then spray a bit more.
Sometimes trying to tighten the screw/fastener just a bit can break it loose.

There's a drill bit stuck in it now and the threads are drilled through. Il try the pb blaster and then jb weld it tighten then try and loosen

Substitute aluminum cutting fluid for the PB. Sounds weird, but the stuff is magic.

post pics but. if you can...(1. pry the broken but out the screw (2. soak it in some penetrative spray (3. dremel a slit on the broken piece (4. use a flat head to screw it out.

If you own a e30, you should own a can of PB Blaster.

You'll laugh at the design on the can, it's really old school, but it works better then anything else. If you're really poor, I hear you can write them and ask for a sample, and they will send you out a tiny little can for free.

Don't suppose you can get needle nose vice grips on the head?
