I think I may need a new dme so I bought a cheap one to test out. However I wasn't paying attention and I bought(eBay) a dme for an e36. It is also for a 91 m42 but its from an e36 and not an e30. It is the same blue label 0-261-200-175 Bosch numbers but the barcode numbers on the sticker are different. The e36 is not the same 1734-060-001-078 as my e30 label. Will an e36 dme work on an e30? Thanks for the help.
