Asking for a friend-

are there any alternatives out there to the oe's (Mahle/KS) for pistons
that are any good?

We've got a good, stock- bore block, so nothing silly like the IE 'bore every hole different' thing...

Yeah, if there's anything worth the effort out there.

I recall at first, Maxsil got good reviews, but those tapered
off after a while.
