What they list as available is not always current. Before you order then wait forever, best to call themLeave a comment:

I ended up with Pierburg off UK eBay. What are these suppliers you speak of? FCP Euro recommended but said none of their suppliers had it.Leave a comment:

Several of my usual go-to suppliers have Pierburg brand FPRs in stock. Don't know anything about Pierburg.

My warehouse carries, both a Bosch, and a Pierburg unit. Both are OEM specification. You just have to know where to look. I almost never see them fail. FWIWLeave a comment:

Echelon has been around for decades and was a go to after market brand and Delphi was a part of GM until they were spun off some years ago. I think either of them would know how to make a reliable FPRLeave a comment:

Welcome to the joys of owning an old car.
I don't think you can get an ECU any more, either.
Eventually, they'll stop making engine parts entirely.
Fuel pressure is easy- use the aftermarket stuff, and if it doesn't
work right, get a conversion kit to use an aftermarket remote regulator.
This is going to become the norm, you know...

Apologies...I'm not familiar with the difference in these manufacturers, but what's wrong with Echlin or Delphi?Leave a comment:
