    blower always powered

I was bleeding my car and had the blower fan switched to 4 and when i took it for a drive i kept it on high just incase. I turned off the car and the blower it still on, wtf mate? So what's the problem, is it a bad reisistor? if so where would it be located, if not what could be the problem? TIA

I had the same problem, turned out to be a bad power reduction relay.

sorry, I meant load reduction relay.

it's in the fuse box. mine was in position K5, there's another one at K7. the positions are marked on the fuse box cover. somehow the relay got stuck open so there was always current going to my blower motor - probably because of some bad wiring instructions I got online. you can swap it with the O2 sensor heater relay or the fuel pump relay to see if that's your problem.
