nice vid....But not even 1/10 of the smoke you can get out of running a can into you intake mani.

I've done this to 5 or 6 different motors/cars – so I guess I’m the “expert” on the subject. LOL

The results are always the same when done right - smoother at idle, smoother at revving. The only chance you take is hyrdo-lock. Just add it slowly – say a tablespoon every 2 seconds. Or in other words a drop every rev at 1000rpms. Then go drive the piss out of the car.

Best thing is to inject/stop and soak/inject/stop and soak/inject - then go rev it to high hell...

Don’t add it to your oil. A good quality oil will do fine on it’s own.

I did a “seafoam” treatment to my m30 (with bad plug wires) before I smoged it – and it made SO much freaking smoke – it smoked for 10 miles of HARD hard revving – going down the street it looked like I had a bale of hay on fire under my car

The stuff gets deep into your cat, and blows out all sorts of nasty crap.

BTW: I passed smog WAY below what even an m20 puts out…

This is coming from someone that “hates” to use additives to fix a real problem. But it works.

I have faith in the following products that everyone should have in their shop/use:

      - Mercedes Benz gasket dope(only merc techs can get it?)
      - Sea foam
      - Valolean(spelling) ATF fluid with leak stop (use it before you replace a rack)
      - Mobile 1
      - Liquid wrench
      - “glass cleaner” (the stuff in a spray can at walmart)
      - Redline tranny fluid
      - ANYTHING made by 3M…

      You get the point..

      ..

      Hope that helps someone...

I just saw the Seafoam at PepBoys. If I remember right it described itself as an additive for marine type engines also. Glad to hear it works so well. I went with the Redline product and have had good results with it, and bonus!!, no smoke screen!!

By the way, Crunk3, what type of exhaust do you have? The videoclip was pretty cool.

Has anyone used seafoam on a turbo car yet? I am tempted to use it but haven't heard anyone make any mention of it yet.

I wonder if there is a limit to how much you can safely use in your motor?

Just pour Chevron Techron regularly, works great for BMW's

                          BMW recommends it

Ive seafoamed my M20 twice, (intake manifold / Gas tank-Oil) and its the best thing ever. I actaully gained about 2 more mpg which isnt much but it can add up. I was thinking if i drink it i can get all the bad stuff out of my system too haha

Seafoam FTW (herd it does amazing for diesls too)
