If your leaking power steering pump's flushed all the grease out of the rack, then yeah,
it's better than doing nothing. But if the factory grease is still in there, no,
you could smoosh it back in where it might do more good, but don't add more-
it has the distinct possibility of reacting with what's already in there.
I greased the bejeezuz out of the rack when I deleted the PS, but that's because it'd
done a complete flush on all the factory grease...
