    Thats your problem.I have never gotten a 016 to work.I tried like 3 of them before trying the 027 with much better results.With the 027 you dont have that stalling problem just a little hesitation till it "adapts".

      Both M30 AFM ended in 027 were from a 87 535is and a 91 735il.Both those cars still use the M30.
      Yes, all of the m30 afms end in 027, but it is a slightly different on the later m30 engines.
      Negative.Not all M30 have the 027 AFM.Trust me I part out 30+ cars a year just look at my ebay profile 680+ total BMW transactions.If its an 027 from 87 its the same exact same part as a 027 from 91....just newer chronologicaly.

      Just reaffirming that the 027 is the correct M30 afm to use with our cars.
      Well, All the ones I've seen were 027.
