    For the masterminds...

Are these components under the hood of my 1987 325es:
    • ABS Control Unit
    • Cruise Control main unit
    • Stock Flywheel
    • Stock Clutch
    • (I think I have to use my water pump if I'm going to use my radiator...)
    • A/C condenser
    • Heater Core??
going to operate properly with a '90 M20B25 as opposed to an '87 M20B27 which they're "used to"?

    Thanks if anyone could help

I put a '90 motor in my '87 325is and everything worked besides having to swap the water pump. That flywheel is the only thing that raises an eyebrow to me.

My 86Eta had a single mass flywheel. I believe 86 was a conversion year for the flywheels. early 86's had duel and late had single. along with the different flywheels had different pressure plates. IM NOT SURE ABOUT THE A/C CONDENSER. but all of the other things should work fine. And also should the flywheel and clutch if the motor hasn't been swapped to an earlier year.

This should help you out also

Edit. water pump and timing belt are different im pretty sure.
