Expect to pay anywhere from $1000-2000.

    An E30 M3.

And just in case you were wondering, you get the parts from an E30 M3.

Also, please don't post thread titles in all caps.

Maybe you need to be a little more specific then. I answered every question you asked. It's not my fault every question you asked was pretty much the same.

Not a lot of people here have done it. Try doing a search. And as far as wheels and tires, you can use the same tires as you would with 4-lug wheels, and pretty much most RWD 5-lug wheels.

Settle down a little bit, and put a little detail into your questions, you will get much better results. Besides, I'm just screwin' with you.

and also... i've heard of people swapping parts form E36 325is cars. so don't say that it only has to happen form an E30 M3.

You CAN do that, it's just more of a pain in the ass. There is more modification involved, I believe.

You can use parts from a 318ti and it'll swap in directly. Also, your original post didn't even mention wheels and tires so don't get all pissed off when somebody answers the questions in your post.

Relating to the subject - If I ever did a 5-lug swap - it would be for the braking power as well - not just to have better wheel selection. Thefore, they would most likely be E36 M3 brakes or brakes from the 318ti. Wouldn't happen for a long time though. Those brakes would stop an E30 so fast...!

I heard there are some useable parts from an E30 IX too.

I seriously doubt you could use anything from an ix.. the rear suspension is the same as a normal E30, and the front suspension would never fit. plus it's 4 lug..

If you are just going after 5-lug for the wider selection of wheels or if you already have a big brake kit for your 4-lug, has anyone ever just drilled the hubs and discs to accept the 5x120 bolt pattern just to keep it on the cheap?

Why would u want to use Ti parts though?? Solid rotors all around? You do get the extra lug hole but not exactly much of an upgrade.

Redrilling hubs is weaksauce. Just go to the parts yard and pick up some E36 pieces.
