    Hardcore block coolant flush?

I bought a block that had been sitting for a while. There is a lot of rust built up in the coolant chamber, around the cylinder sleeves.

Any recommendations on what I can do to remove this rust? Ideally I'd like some sort of chemical I could just flush the block out with. I really don't want to disassemble the entire bottom end and get it professionally dipped.
