I'm always hoping to find something really cool, but so far the best deal I've gotten is a set of front & rear premium speakers for $8 (no tweeters, though, those always seem to be missing). Oh yeah, and a set of non-cracked late-model fogs for $12.

Best I ever found was a cowboy hat in the seat of a jeep I was pullin springs off of for a friend. All of ours they pull it all so you just tell them what parts you need and they tell you if they pulled it or not. Sucks, ruins all of the fun of going to a junkyard.

All of the pick-your-parts down here are picked clean by the fuckin monkeys that hound that place day in day out. It's constantly filled with tons of non-english speaking border jumpers trying to make a buck.

I'm bitter at the lack of cool finds I've had.
