Redline/Castrol just 100% pure rubbish
Mobil 1 too expensive and way over rated.
Now what you need is something that planes use i their Turbine engines for lubrication. Im talking about Silcoline Pro S its a true Ester Based Oil its fantastic i run it in my car and yeah its allot more than some of the high street names but its the best oil i have ever used.

But like some of the non biased MOD here (ROB) use what you fooking want!

I run AMSOIL 5w40 in the Fall and Winter and then switch to AMSOIL 20w50 for the late Spring and Summer months. I don't put that many miles on my car so I only change the oil twice per year.

Full synthetic from the BMW dealer is $4/qt.
Somehow I haven't broken the bad habit of paying almost $5/qt for Mobil1 from Pep Boyz.
