Mine came in at 2860 with 1/2 tank and some crap in the trunk. I'd still like to do lighter seats, I have a lighter exhaust in the works and maybe a few other things. My goal is to get down to 2700 with a full interior, power windows/locks/sunroof etc. stock with a slushbox is quoted at 3050 in the owner's manual, probably wth a full tank of gas. :)

oh, and CF hoods:
VIS is about 30-35lbs (woo!)
eurostop is like 15lbs (maybe less?)
ma-shaw is 10lbs
stock hood is about 40-45lbs (depends on if you have the super thick sound deadening or not).

2960 today with me (170lbs) bone stock 87 325i 5sp, almost empty tank but a bunch of tools and materials (probably 50lbs+) in the trunk. So 2850lbs that BMW quoted with a full tank is pretty much spot on.
