Since MEPEH no longer does injector cleaning, is there anyone else who offers a similar service for a reasonable price? Local places want $50 per injector just for testing plus additional for rebuilding each injector.

I found a place in MA that I mailed them out to. I think it comes out to $18 per inector? $105 total for 6 injectors.
