    stupid rotor question

I was wondering, I know the stock rotors/brake system holds up rather well with a set of good pads. But i was wondering for mostly shits and giggles, If you were to get aftermarket rotors what ones would you get.

    Stock.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but it's my answer and I'm sticking to it...

I've used the Ate "Powerslut" rotors and crossdrilled rotors, and they did not make any difference on my 325is track car.....Stock rotors are good and cheap.

stock, or ATE Powerslots.. Powerslots are hardly more than OEM ($20 a set?) and they keep the pads clean, work great in wet conditions and have a nice bite to them. they will cause your brakes to dust more though. anything else is a waste of money.

Agreed. I've run two sets of the Ate PowerDisc. More than sufficient for a car running stock (or mildly tuned) power.

i'd say to stay with stock.. especially if your just using it on the street... you dont need much more
