    Gotta love bad brakes

So i ran my brake pads down to the back plate and destroyed my rear passenger rotor. Since i still live at home my mom said that i can just repalce all the pads rotors and hoses, so I'm hooking my self up with new stock hoses, Ate performance font rotors, ate stock repalcement rotors, pagid pads all the way around. Now the info i need is how do i bleed the calipers on a 91 318is, or would 325is rotors fit under my rims and cheaply upgrade to larger calipers? need lots of in for many details thanks

you may wanna check other parts of the car if you were dumb enough to let the brakes get that worn out.

mean, but I have a point

Why would you not replace the stock lines with stainless steel? Firm up the pedal....it's all good. Do the Goodridge Teflon coated lines (available lots of places - www.bimmerworld.com ). The brakes should be the same among all E30's. I would not go with any special rotors- the stock replacements are on my 325i Spec E30 race car - trust me, if it will live up to that, it will live up to very aggressive street driving....

I would go with Goodridge lines, Axxis Ultimate pads all around, stock rotors. If you want to go with some bling - get the calipers bead blasted (like 30 bucks at a body shop) and paint them black or silver. You will have better brakes than 90 percent of the E30's around. If you want extra bling, get the ATE slotted rotors - they will wear your pads out quiker, with little benefit, but there is benefit of "freshening" the pad. Also, get some ATE Superblue fluid - it is cheap and easy too. You are talking small money here for big improvement.

What happened to the wear sensors? Did they disappear?

Ya there is nothin wrong with the brakes, all you gotta do is change them when needed.

thats like Running ur tires till they are bald, are u gonna call them crappy tires bcus they suck when they are bald.
