How Long before changing.. Bilstein / H&R Springs..?

I have a daily driver (since 2012) that I am going through this summer and updating.. It is a 1991 325i with 325,000 on the original engine.

I am running the Bilstein B8 Sport strut inserts (34-003350) and rear shocks (24-020275) since 2013 (prolly 150,000 miles) and HR Spring set (HR 50406) from 2015 (120,000 miles)..

I honestly have no poor handling issues but.. you know the miles and a decade of driving. The usual test of pushing down on front or rear - really gives no indication - its a stiff push and no bounce..

Whats a person to expect out of these?

Does the front feel overly stiff?

I feel like the old ones will last longer than new ones.

I was up above it, Now I'm down in it ~ Entropy - A Build thread.
