These push the wheel more forward in the wheel well right? I almost rub the front of the fender lining stock, if thats the case I will have to get the centered CAB's I guess...

Yeah, mine used to rub at full lock with centred CABs. I just got a heat gun and heated up the plastic fender liners and reshaped them a bit, which fixed the rubbing.
I put in offset CABs yesterday. Haven't driven the car yet cos I'm getting my bumpers resprayed, but the tyres do touch the liners at full lock. Wheels/tyres are ET28 205/50/16.

More caster creates better high speed stability. However, I've heard they can make the car tail happy, but I've never experienced this.
I have them but have never had rubbing problems with my 205/50/15 but I run a lot of camber which may be why they don't rub. Depending on where you are, the liners can be a good thing. Here in New England, I wouldn't want to take them out only because I think it would make for a rusting problem very quickly. If not here, I may remove them for no other reason that weight savings.Driving is the only way to go faster....
