Getting some custom BC springs ¿anyone knows free length of hr race or similar?

Coilovers are too expensive and aftermarket springs are too soft.

I found out you can buy a set of bc springs for around 160€. I know i want 10k front and 8k rear spring rates and i know the diameters but i dont know what free length to choose.

Can someone measure the free length of H&R race springs? its the length of the spring when its not loaded nor preloaded.

I tried calculating with hooke's law and wheelrates but not so sure about that.

IE springs 172969 are 7-3/8" pigtail to pigtail rear, 8-5/8 front.

I have 6" free length 65mm ID swift springs in 8k fronts and 5" length 65mm ID rears in 14k on my "home made" coilovers

8" front Hyperco's and 5" rear. I use sleeves on the front, and shims in back, since the 5" spring is almost perfect as- is,
and there's not really room (or need) for a sleeve.
