it's not the EXACT same thing as I made them based on the stock lollipop.
However, based on photo comparison, the PU insert I used is bigger outside diameter is 28mm while the inside diameter is 19mm.

How much is the tree house racing lollipops btw.??
why would you go through the trouble of making them based on stock e30 bushings, when the m3 offset bushings is known to be better w/ the added caster it gives.

just didnt have an m3 one to make the measurements?

    .........just curious

I did say in my first posting that it's with the M3 bush.. Guess I left that out in my previous posting...

So yes, it's with the M3 offset measurement...

yeah whats your patent number, better yet first trademark your name and then cough up the 10k min for your patent. Patents are expensive and a waste of time, while saying "patent pending" is brillant. Sorry to flame just know patent and trademark law thats all.

well the inserts are different sizes, the offset is different, the inserts are different materials

hmm, I fail to see how they are the same product.

Don't get me wrong, I love your bushings, and they're 10x easier to install than the stock ones, but you've got nothing on this guy, so stop being a dick about it

WOW. I must have different 'eyeballs' than the rest of you.

These look to be the exact same thing to me. Nice to see that you guys respect intellectual property and innovation <insert sardonic tone>. Change a little here and a little there and all of a sudden it's not a copy.

Sheesh... I would say you can call these new CABs 'screwball arms' by ShaftHouse Racing.

Anyone can copy...ask China... Open your eyes people... or read your own posts....

actually it's a very simple design... Anyone with the original lollipop with M3 bush and with proper machines can make those... ;)
                          nothing unique about it anyway....

you're an idiot. There is virtually no room for variance in a product designed for such a spec, the angles all have to be the same and the mounting surfaces and holes have to be placed in the same place (except for the offset part)
It has to look the same in order to function correctly.
Not to mention that the product is not based upon looks, in fact, I should hope that would be the last concern, and your dumb ass is making an opinion based solely on how they look compared to yours.

Bryson has a point in that to copy your product he would need a working sample, since he is foreign and that would have been cost prohibitive so he made his own base on measurements of the original offset BMW bushing.

To infringe on a patented design he would have to have either made it exactly identical in every way to your product or at least you would have to be able to prove that he used your design in the manufacture of your product. Its a common thing to make similar products with small design changes, that is how companies make replica wheels or non-oem bodypanels. They may not be as good as the real thing, of course.

Of course this is moot since he isnt part of NATO and would be hard to extradite him. I was inquiring about if he could have them made with a different bushing material also, something that isnt included in your product.
                              Im now E30less.
