I had solid aluminum engine mounts on a FWD car. The original mounts were failing far too frequently so I figured the Aluminum mounts would be the solution. Well, it never broke but the car sure was annoying to drive after that. The B-pillar resonated and buzzed past 5000 rpm and you could feel vibrations everywhere. I will never do that again.Comment

when you pressed in the bushings you lined up the marks on the lollipop and bushing right? how long did you wait after you attached the lollipop and let the car rest on the ground? if you wait too long the bushing will not set properly and might be your problem. unlikely but you never know.Comment
