^nord locks are awesome.

Do not get these plates.
They are not made for the e30.
They are too long and the actual arm will bind before you can
get half the adjustment.

Just get the normal ones. You don't have to reinforce the mounts are anything.

I have a 318ti so the plates may fit fine. Doesn't matter to me what I get as long as I can get zero toe out of it.

So I'm guessing nord-locks and any type of adjustable toe plate should be good and not slip?
