I could tell very, very, little difference, caster and wheel position in wheel housing aside, when I swapped from my solid centered RUBBER bushings. I have some very aggressive caster where I rub very easily on my fender liners/under panel when I turn in, and also rub the inside wall of my opposite tire simultaneously on my IE sway bar.

Since it has been a while that I've had them on, I may go back to a solid centered bushing, or an offset e30 M3 bushing. Maybe I will notice a difference then.
What side tires were you running?

Noid, you should be fine. I have lemforder arms and I installed mine with just my hands with no play and no issues.

          Lowered?

I am trying to gauge if I am goign to have any issues with rubbing on stock weaves and 195/65/14 tires at stock ride height.

I feel like rubbing is something I couldn't live with, so its important for me to determine if ill be ok.

You are not going to rub. Toon is running 235/x/17 wheels/tires on AST coilovers and treehouse arms. There is more going on then just the TH-FCABS

Toon has AST? Didn't he used to have GC? His car is looking really nice now with those new shoes.

Anyone that has the treehouse bushings and doesn't like them, I would be more than happy to trade my M3 offset bushings plus a bit of cash for them.

I already pulled the trigger :D

                      However as per this thread:

I am having doubts. 1.5" between the front wheel and the valance isnt much space to start with with stock non-m bushings. My two concerns are:

                      1. If having only 1.5" is normal with my stock setup
                      2. if 1.5" is enough space to accomodate the treehouse racing eyeballs

                      I would HATE to rub.

I love, love, love mine! Be warned though that they make the ride a bit harsh.

+1 on the ride harshness for daily driving.
square edge bumps in the road are much more pronounced. this is to be expected when trading a nice big squishy rubber bush for a piece of delrin with no flex.

i've got em, they're great. Easy to put on, much much much easier than those stupid powerflex offset cabs.

I don't have any scrubby issues, running 235/40/17's on apex arc8's. I do have IE camber plates.
I don't always wreck cars, but when I do I wreck them into trees.

Should I consider getting some camber plates before changing to these? I need to replace my bushing asap since the rubber is basically falling out of the housing...

                                Nope, should be no need
