Strange CAB, which way to orient in lollipop?

I'm not sure how to press this into the lollipop. There is an arrow that points near the edge, which at first I assumed was towards what would be the top of the car when properly. Looking at it, it seems like there could be other positions to orient it. Does anyone know?

Granted that its an M3 bushing... the same instructions can be followed.

My question is how I need to orient the bushing inside the lollipop. The procedure is just fine. Which is more ideal/ proper: having the thicker section run vertically or horizontally? I'm trying to imagine the forces it will be under, and it seems to me that most of the forces will be on y-axis.
These bushings are different than the OEM ones, so I have no point of reference.

Uhh, line the arrow up with the casting mark like you do with all of them?

Um. If you'd read the whole guide he does point out how the arrows should be aligned. Like I said, the bushing he used are M3 offsets... but you could still utilize his DIY for your purposes.

i assume the bush needs to be centered on the lollipop when pressing them in?

shown here is flush on 1 side and proud of the other

I did mine so that there are 2 equal lips sticking out of each side ^
Been like that for over a year

It matters very little if the bush isn't an equal amount over the lollipop on both sides. But yes it's supposed to be pressed "evenly".

^ hope this isn't gibberish. My english is what it is..

You def want them centered....and yes, the arrow on the bushing needs to point to the nub on the casting.

yeah arrow and alignment is sorted and mine on the car are pretty close to centered but not sure if it mattered. its not hard to push them an extra 3mm.
                        thanks

There's a good 10-12mm of the CA sticking out when the bushing is centered (by eye) so being out a few mm is not going to matter.
