you aren't going to increase the pressure at all overall.... because your pedal travel is reduced at all.

if you are trying to modulate your braking with Hawk Blues and on R compounds hitting the track hardcore and it is your preference to change the pedal feel.... that's one thing, but "upgrading" to an 25mm MC because you are ignorant and think it will make your car stop faster..... that's stupid. go home
p.s. it's not really 23mm to 25mm, it's the "E32 750i and E30 M3 brake master cylinders are 25.40mm and 23.81mm respectively.
This means the the increase in bore diameter is not as great on a relative basis. The increase in fluid moved (i.e. the increase in stiffness) will be 13.8% which is a somewhat lower value than the 18% mentioned above."
