^ Cool im gonna PM you in a few weeks see how you like the setup. My OEM Blank Rot. & Red Boxes arent going on till First week of April when I pull my car out of storage, so it'll be cool to see how you like 'em.

I mite look into getting them from that source too, that price is great.
Im going to do stainless steel lines at the same time also & start using ATE Super Blue BF.
Are you doing anything more? or have anything aftermarket already?

I have basically the same setup: Brembo OE blanks, Mintex Redbox pads, SS brake lines, Super Blue fluid. The only thing additional I did was rebuilt my calipers when I was painting them.

The are very low dust, and I think the initial bite when cold kinda sucks but after 1-2 stops they are fine.

That is like 3 months worth of brake dust on my rims, and its not thick at all.
Posted that already on this thread.

              Just installed after work:

New original bmw rotors front and rear with mintex red box pads all around.

I don't know if I can give a proper review yet, my drive home from work is only about 8-10 miles. I guess I have tp log a few more miles to seat the pads and break them in. The pads have comparable braking to my oem pads
right now so they should get even better but I do agree with what TJ said about the initial bite when cold. I'm happy with them, can't beat the price either $62.00 shipped for both axles.

Do some hard stops for 60mph to 0 to break them in. Mine were terrible when they were brand new.

Will do. I don't find them terible right now for some reason, I suppose that's a good thing.

stoptech's faq has a good writeup on how to break em in. I didn't before and the stopping wasn't as what I expected. After I did though they smelt like mad and alot of dust came off but they have been decent since then.
