    Are my bushings trash?

I have a 1988 325iC with 78,XXX miles, are my Rtabs and subframe bushings in need of replacement? Has new front suspension, everything, hr sports, bilestein a, ie 25/22 sways, new motor /trans mounts, would I feel a difference by replacing Rtabs subs and diff bushing?

Yes. All your bushings and mounts should be replaced. Also your timing belt should be replaced if it hasn't been in the last few years.

Every bushing and mount in the car needs to be replaced. The car is 25 years old and the bushing are hard, dry, and probably have cracks. They'd need to be replaced if if the car had zero miles on it.

There's a very good chance that the radiator, expansion tank, cap, and hoses are original. The car car should be on it's third set by now (every 10 years or 100k, whichever comes first). In like manner it probably needs new ignition wire, distributor cap, and rotor.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

There's a resistance measurement for the spark plug leads somewhere... If you pull the cap off and it looks all burnt up it's time for a new one.

Yeah, I guess. Do the hoses deteriorate and f*** stuff up or just replace when leaking?

replacement interval for hoses is usually about 100k
